PRIVATE SUPPORT DIAGNOSTICS

Find a deep test

Look up a test ID shared by a user. These are unverified client-reported measurements, not trusted app attestation. Providers cannot access individual reports.

Reports are available only after explicit sharing and upload. They expire after 30 days or when the user revokes them.

How to read a deep test

Ask the user to share the completed test from the app and send its test ID. Never request their report ownership token, subscription credentials or access key.

The test compares the selected route with a short, sequential direct-internet baseline. HTTP delay includes a real response through the selected route; it is not ICMP ping. HTTP jitter is the longest successful response time minus the shortest. Speeds are shown in megabits per second. Missing values are not zero, and failed HTTP probes are not a packet-loss measurement.

Network changes, unknown or different latency targets, and unsuccessful measurement legs disable comparisons. A balancer test measures its selected path, not every hidden backend independently. Check restoration status if the previous connection could not be resumed. All fields are client-reported and must not be treated as independently verified service quality or billing evidence.

SECURE ACCESS

Connect to NODIF

Enter a revocable access key. It stays only in this browser tab and is never written to a URL.

Never share an access key in chat, tickets, URLs, logs, or screenshots.

SUBSCRIPTION INTEGRATION

Connect Remnawave

Apply these response headers only to this provider’s NODIF subscriptions. Replace the placeholder with a branding delivery token, never your portal access key.

Existing token secrets cannot be retrieved. If yours was lost, create a replacement, test it, then revoke the old token.

Follow the integration and canary-test guide → Issuing a token does not confirm installation. Refresh a test subscription in NODIF and check the approved name, logo and links before rollout.
